In November of 2023, Toll Group was selected by the Australian Department of Home Affairs to deliver assisted passage, medical, and related services for Australia’s Offshore Humanitarian Program.

Through the program, the government supports individuals subjected to persecution or substantial discrimination who are relocating to Australia via refugee and special humanitarian visas.

As part of the contract, Toll has established offices in Türkiye, Jordan, Kenya, the USA and Thailand to facilitate access to immigration medical examinations and departure health checks. Toll is facilitating medical escort services for travel to Australia, where required.

The contract is valued at $25m per annum with an initial term of three years and scope for a further four-year extension.
